Location: Saint Louis, MO (travel to projects across the Midwest)
Position Overview
Our client, an established heavy civil bridge contractor working on bridge and rail projects throughout the Midwest, is looking for a Traveling QC Inspector - Bridge. This is a traveling role: you'll be based out of the Saint Louis area and travel to job sites across the region. Permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Run quality control inspections and testing
- Maintain QC documentation and reports
- Work with production and field teams to fix issues
- Make sure work meets codes and specs
- Travel to project sites across the Midwest; per diem/travel covered
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QC/QA experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CWI) a plus
- Strong documentation skills
- Willing to travel regularly
Compensation
- Base salary: $95,000 - $125,000
- Travel expenses covered
- Strong benefits package
