Traveling Pool Building Foreman – Commercial Pools

Position Overview Established commercial pool contractor seeking an experienced Pool Building Foreman to lead field operations on commercial pool projects. This is a hands-on role overseeing crews, subcontractors, materials, scheduling, quality, and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction activities for commercial pool projects

• Supervise crews and subcontractors and coordinate materials/equipment

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings

• Monitor project schedule, quality, safety, and progress

• Troubleshoot field issues and communicate with Project Management

• Coordinate inspections and maintain a safe, organized jobsite

• Travel to commercial pool projects as needed

Qualifications

• Commercial pool construction experience required

• Previous Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead experience preferred

• Ability to read construction plans and coordinate multiple trades

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel extensively
