Location: Tulsa, OK (travel to projects across the Midwest)
Position Overview
Our client, an established heavy civil bridge contractor working on bridge and rail projects throughout the Midwest, is looking for a Traveling Bridge Superintendent. This is a traveling role: you'll be based out of the Tulsa area and travel to job sites across the region. Permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day field operations and crews
- Manage schedule, safety and quality on site
- Coordinate subs, deliveries and equipment
- Report progress to the project manager
- Travel to project sites across the Midwest; per diem/travel covered
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field supervision
- Strong safety record
- Ability to read plans and lead crews
- Willing to travel regularly
Compensation
- Base salary: $140,000 - $175,000
- Travel expenses covered
- Strong benefits package
