Traveling Superintendent *Cold-storage
Responsible for on-site supervision of cold storage construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans/specifications.
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Coordinate with PMs, trades, vendors, and inspectors
- Monitor quality, safety, and jobsite progress
- Travel to project sites as needed throughout the project lifecycle
