Are you an experienced professional in the Title Insurance, Real Estate, or Escrow industry looking to make your next career move?
I'm currently recruiting for 3 exciting opportunities in Lakewood, NJ!
🔑 1. FUNDER/CLOSER – HYBRID
• Experience in title insurance, escrow, and real estate closings.
• Knowledge of settlement statements, closing documents, and lender requirements.
• Experience coordinating funding, wire transfers, and disbursements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
🏡 2. NY TITLE SEARCHER/TYPIST – HYBRID
• 5+ years of NY title searching/typing experience.
• Strong knowledge of NY property records, municipal searches, and chain of title.
• Experience researching deeds, mortgages, liens, and judgments.
• Ability to prepare accurate title reports and supporting documentation.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
📑 3. 1031 EXCHANGE OFFICER
• 1–2+ years of experience in title, escrow, banking, financial services, or real estate operations.
• Knowledge of 1031 tax-deferred real estate exchanges preferred.
• Ability to manage critical 45-day and 180-day exchange deadlines.
• Experience coordinating documentation, escrow transactions, and client communications.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
