What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate technology, licensing, and SaaS agreements
• Advise on IP and technology aspects of M&A
• Counsel on commercial and outsourcing arrangements
• Work with clients across the technology sector

What you bring

• J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
• Mid- to senior-level technology transactions and licensing experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
