Ready to step into your first true leadership seat in tax? My client is a well-established regional CPA firm serving hospitality, real estate and professional services clients, and they are adding a Tax Supervisor to their Las Vegas office.
About the Role:
- Review returns and workpapers prepared by staff and seniors
- Oversee engagement timelines and workflow during busy season
- Serve as a primary contact for a group of business clients
- Research technical issues and recommend solutions
- Coach team members and support their development
Qualifications:
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience reviewing business and individual returns
- Comfort leading and delegating to a small team
- Proficiency with CCH Axcess, UltraTax or similar software
