Are you an early-career tax professional ready to grow with a supportive team? My client is a growing mid-sized accounting firm serving manufacturing, construction and real estate, and they are adding a Tax Staff Associate to their Richmond office.
About the Role:
- Prepare federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals
- Assist with responses to tax notices
- Gather and organize client information
- Learn planning strategies from experienced professionals
- Participate in training geared toward CPA licensure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of tax experience (internships count)
- Interest in pursuing CPA or Enrolled Agent credential
- Comfort with Excel and tax software
- Eagerness to learn and grow
