What you'll do:

• Coordinate collection, tracking and routing of client tax data across portals and intake tools
• Follow up with clients on outstanding items and deadlines
• Assist with engagement setup, e-file confirmations and document organization
• Coordinate handoffs with onshore and offshore teams

What you bring:

• 2+ years in a client service, administrative or support role in professional services
• High attention to detail and comfort with multiple systems
• No tax preparation required
