Tax Manager
Location: Albany, NY
Overview
A respected CPA firm in Albany, NY is seeking a Tax Manager to join its team. Work arrangement: Hybrid (5 days in office per month). Growth path includes partner track.
Responsibilities
- Review complex federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals
- Research tax issues and assist with tax planning
- Communicate with clients and respond to tax inquiries
- Supervise and develop staff and seniors
- Manage engagement timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant public accounting experience
- CPA or EA
- Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
