Tax Manager
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Overview
A leading Utah public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager in Salt Lake City to manage a broad mix of tax compliance and consulting work for business and individual clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of tax returns, including corporate, partnership, estate, gift, individual, not-for-profit and employee benefit returns
- Understand clients’ businesses and tax needs and address their questions
- Research tax issues to serve client needs
- Assist with dynamic tax consulting projects
- Engage in ongoing professional development through firm-provided CPE
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of public accounting experience
- CPA license
- High integrity and the ability to build strong client and colleague relationships
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
