Tax Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC
Overview
A well-regarded Greensboro CPA firm is seeking an Experienced Tax Manager to serve clients, lead complex tax engagements, develop tax staff and collaborate with a team committed to high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1041 and 1040, including multistate returns
- Prepare and review corporate and partnership tax provisions
- Provide proactive, quantifiable tax planning
- Perform technical tax research
- Manage client relationships and train and develop tax staff
Qualifications
- 7+ years of recent tax experience in a CPA firm
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Superior client service skills
- Effective use of AI tools and tax software
