They are seeking a Tax Manager to join a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Tax Manager will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. Performance Expectations for the Tax Manager:
- Light preparation of complex returns with minimal supervision
- Review of tax returns
- Mentoring & teaching staff
- Develop client relationships
Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Manager:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
- CPA or EA Required
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in public accounting.
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
Compensation for the Tax Manager:
- 25 days PTO/ year
- 401k w/match
- Profit sharing
- Major Holiday’s
- Medical/Dental/Vision (Fully paid by the firm for the employee)

- Busy season hours capped at 55hrs/ week
