Tax Director
Location: Belleville, IL
Overview
A respected CPA firm in Belleville, IL (near St. Louis, MO) is seeking a Tax Director to join its team. Work arrangement: On-site.
Responsibilities
- Review complex federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals
- Research tax issues and assist with tax planning
- Communicate with clients and respond to tax inquiries
- Supervise and develop staff and seniors
- Manage engagement timelines and deliverables
- Support practice leadership, client relationships and business development
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of relevant public accounting experience
- CPA required
- Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
