Our client, a well-respected municipal engineering consulting firm in the Chicago suburbs, is seeking a licensed Survey Project Manager. This is an excellent long-term succession opportunity for a surveyor ready to lead.
Responsibilities:
- Manage boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys
- Review and seal survey deliverables
- Lead and schedule survey crews and technicians
- Manage project budgets and client relationships
- Support engineering teams on municipal infrastructure projects
Requirements:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Illinois
- 10+ years of land surveying experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Trimble Business Center
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Municipal survey experience preferred
