Location: Los Angeles, CA / Atlanta, GA
Compensation: Los Angeles: $250K–$400K | Atlanta: $200K–$400K
About the opportunity
I'm partnering with a global leader in advanced surgical technology to fill high-value hospital territories in Los Angeles and Atlanta. You'll sell surgical navigation and digital OR capital solutions to neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, and hospital leadership. It's a consultative, strategic role with serious earning upside.
What you'll do
- Sell surgical navigation, digital OR, and capital technology into hospitals
- Build relationships with neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, OR leaders, and C-suite decision-makers
- Manage complex capital sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
- Coordinate with clinical and technical teams during evaluations and installations
- Grow existing accounts while opening new hospital relationships
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in medical device, surgical, or hospital capital equipment sales
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
- OR, neurosurgery, or spine experience highly preferred
- Live in the Los Angeles or Atlanta territory and travel throughout it
