We are seeking a seasoned Surety leader to guide our bond division through its next phase of growth. This individual will oversee underwriting, production, and client relationships across contract and commercial surety, while mentoring a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop surety underwriting and production teams
- Drive profitable growth and manage portfolio performance
- Strengthen relationships with brokers, obligees, and carrier partners
- Set underwriting authority, risk appetite, and best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of surety experience, with prior leadership background
- Deep expertise in contract surety and financial analysis
- Strong industry network and a record of results
