Superintendent - Tilt-Wall & Retail

A Dallas general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to run tilt-wall and retail projects across the metroplex.

What You'll Do

• Run ground-up tilt-wall construction, from site work and panel casting through erection and shell completion
• Lead retail ground-up and remodel projects with tight opening dates
• Manage safety, quality, schedule and subcontractors in the field
• Coordinate inspections, utilities and owner walkthroughs

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a superintendent with a commercial general contractor
• Hands-on tilt-wall experience and retail construction experience
• Strong scheduling and site logistics skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
