Location: Houston, TX
Position Overview
Our client, an established commercial steel fabricator and erector, is looking for a Superintendent to join their team in the Houston, TX area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day field operations and crews
- Manage schedule, safety and quality on site
- Coordinate subs, deliveries and equipment
- Report progress to the project manager
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field supervision
- Strong safety record
- Ability to read plans and lead crews
Compensation
- Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000
- Strong benefits package
