Superintendent - Senior Living Construction

A respected general contractor in the Chicago area is hiring a Superintendent for senior living projects. You'll run independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in the field.

What You'll Do

• Run daily field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Build and manage the schedule with trade partners
• Lead safety, quality and inspections
• Manage punch lists and turnover with owners and operators
• Keep project managers updated on progress

What You Bring

• 7+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Senior living, multifamily or healthcare experience
• Strong scheduling and trade coordination skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• A steady, safety-first leadership style
