- Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

- 3-5+ years' experience as a Lead Superintendent on multifamily projects ranging from $20MM- $80MM+ in value
- MUST HAVE wrap/podium experience!!
