What You Bring
- Experience building in medical or similarly regulated settings
- 5+ years in the field
- A related degree or equal field background
- Local candidates preferred
What You Will Handle
- Plan look-aheads and the master schedule
- Lead coordination meetings
- Oversee daily field work and RFIs
- Lead safety walks and punch list
- Work with inspectors and manage trades
