Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

A respected general contractor in DFW is hiring a Superintendent to run healthcare projects, from medical office buildings to hospital renovations and outpatient clinics. You'll lead the field in occupied, high-stakes spaces where safety and quality come first.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day field operations on healthcare projects
• Plan infection control, phasing and shutdowns in occupied facilities
• Coordinate trade partners and manage look-ahead schedules
• Lead the site safety program and quality checks
• Partner with the project manager on schedule and cost

What You Bring

• 7+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Healthcare construction experience (hospitals, MOBs or clinics)
• Working knowledge of ICRA and occupied-facility requirements
• OSHA 30 and strong safety leadership
• Clear communication with owners and trade partners
