Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

A respected general contractor in the western Chicago suburbs is hiring a Superintendent for healthcare projects. You'll lead the field on hospital, clinic and medical office work, including complex renovations inside occupied facilities.

What You'll Do

• Run daily field operations on healthcare projects
• Plan infection control, ICRA and phasing in occupied facilities
• Manage trade partners, look-ahead schedules and inspections
• Keep a strong safety and quality culture on site
• Partner with project managers, hospital staff and owners

What You Bring

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Healthcare construction experience, including occupied facilities
• Strong MEP coordination and scheduling skills
• OSHA 30 and ICRA training preferred
• Clear communication with owners and field teams

What We Offer

• Pay range: $110,000-$145,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
