Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

A Dallas general contractor is looking for a Superintendent to run the field on healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics and medical office buildings.

What You'll Do

• Run daily field operations, safety and quality on healthcare jobsites
• Plan and manage ICRA, infection control and phasing in occupied facilities
• Build and maintain the three-week look-ahead and the master schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and MEP sequencing
• Partner with the project manager on schedule and cost

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a superintendent with a commercial general contractor
• Healthcare experience, ideally in occupied hospital settings
• OSHA 30 and ICRA certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
