GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Southeast Georgia commercial and design-build contractor. The company is adding a Superintendent / Estimator / Project Manager - Commercial to its team in Statesboro, GA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Diverse commercial construction experience in a superintendent, estimating, or project management capacity.
Responsibilities
- Support healthcare, education, municipal and retail projects
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support value engineering and handoff to operations
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
Requirements
- Diverse commercial construction experience in a superintendent, estimating, or project management capacity.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
