Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Central Pennsylvania commercial builder. The company is adding a Superintendent - Diverse Commercial Construction to its team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: 5+ years of diverse commercial experience and comfort with occasional travel assignments of three to six months maximum.
Responsibilities
- Run commercial new construction and restoration projects
- Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
- Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
- Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of diverse commercial experience and comfort with occasional travel assignments of three to six months maximum.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
