A respected general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on mission critical and data center projects. You'll run the site on fast-paced, ground-up builds with a team that values safety, quality and clear communication.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on data center and mission critical projects
- Build and manage the site schedule, look-aheads and trade coordination
- Drive a strong safety culture and keep every crew accountable
- Coordinate MEP, electrical and commissioning activities with trade partners
- Manage quality control, inspections and punch list through turnover
- Partner with the project manager on schedule, cost and owner communication
What You Bring
- 7+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience on data center, mission critical or complex industrial projects
- Strong scheduling and MEP coordination skills
- OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Comfort with Procore, Microsoft Project or P6, and Bluebeam
