An established commercial general contractor in the Denver area is hiring a highly experienced Superintendent to lead $30M-$50M construction projects. The firm specializes in healthcare, biotech @type projects. They want a Superintendent that is confident with early involvement, direct coordination, supportive environment, high retention, diverse high impact commercial projects, comprehensive benefits, and career development.

What you'll do

• Lead field operations on healthcare projects from start to closeout.
• Manage superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, and owners.
• Cover projects at other locations now and then, usually for a week at a time when the need comes up.

What you bring

• 5+ years in a superintendent role.
• Considerable experience as a leader in federal construction.
• Reliable transportation.
• FAA or DoD project experience is strongly preferred.
• EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30, or OSHA 10 qualifications are preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• 4 year College Degree
