Commercial Superintendent, North Carolina
An established commercial general contractor in North Carolina is hiring an experienced Superintendent to run a diverse mix of commercial projects. Recent work includes office, retail, healthcare, education and industrial.
What you'll do
- Run day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and site safety.
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
- Keep accurate daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and punch lists.
What you bring
- 5+ years as a commercial superintendent or assistant superintendent with a general contractor.
- Experience across a range of commercial project @types.
- The ability to read plans and specs and lead trades on site.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
