About the Opportunity

An established commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its Dallas team. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong hospitality background who enjoys leading projects, managing field operations, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction operations from project start through completion.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

• Ensure all work meets project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

• Implement and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and scheduling conflicts.

• Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower to maintain project efficiency.

• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and project updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.

• Strong background in hospitality construction.

• Experience overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and quality control.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000–$170,000, depending on experience.

• Ideal compensation around $140,000.

• Full benefits package.
