A top general contractor is rapidly expanding its team and looking to hire both a Superintendent and Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects $50M+. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish✔ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders✔ Manage safety, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination✔ Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience working with a Commercial/Industrial General Contractor✔ Hands-on field experience and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills✔ Ability to travel as needed (but not a road warrior role)
