- Coordinate shop fabrication schedules, detailing and material procurement
- Manage field erection crews and subcontractors, sequencing and site logistics
- Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders and budgets
- Serve as the main point of contact for GCs and owners
What we're looking for:
- Project management experience in structural steel fabrication and/or erection
- A track record running jobs in the 50-400 ton range
- Strong grasp of steel drawings, schedules and job cost
- Clear communicator who can keep the shop and the field in sync
Compensation:
- Base salary of $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience
- Health insurance, along with vision and dental coverage
- 401(k) with a 4% company match after one year, fully vested at that point
- Paid time off and holidays
- Real room to grow with a stable, busy team
