Location: Northern New Jersey
Position Overview
Our client, an established structural steel fabricator, is looking for a Structural Steel Estimator / PM to join their team in the Northern New Jersey area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Estimate and bid projects, then run the work you win
- Perform takeoffs and build proposals
- Manage budgets, schedules and change orders
- Work with field crews, owners and GCs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in estimating and/or project management
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Strong cost control and communication
Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 - $100,000
- Strong benefits package
