Location: Boston, MA metro (South Shore)
Position Overview
Our client is looking for an Estimator for industrial and commercial structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
Responsibilities
- Perform takeoffs for structural steel and misc metals
- Build estimates and proposals
- Collect sub and supplier pricing
- Review plans and specs, write clarifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of structural steel/misc metals estimating
- Commercial and industrial project experience
- Takeoff software experience
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000
- Strong benefits package
- Permanent, long-term role
