Location: North Bay / Santa Rosa, CA
Position Overview
Our client, an established sitework and excavation contractor, is looking for a Sitework Project Manager / Estimator to join their team in the North Bay / Santa Rosa, CA area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Estimate and bid projects, then run the work you win
- Perform takeoffs and build proposals
- Manage budgets, schedules and change orders
- Work with field crews, owners and GCs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in estimating and/or project management
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Strong cost control and communication
Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
