  • Provide leadership and administrative support (about 25%)
  • Research new tax laws and complex technical questions
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior staff and interns
  • Help strengthen the middle-management team and support succession planning
  • Work with Partners on client service and firm initiatives

What You Bring

  • Active CPA license (required)
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong tax preparation and review experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S returns
  • Strong knowledge of current tax law and the ability to research complex issues

  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Tax planning experience preferred; nonprofit and 990 experience a plus

Career Path: Director, then Partner

What's Offered

  • Hybrid work schedule and a genuine focus on work-life balance
  • Overtime pay for hours over 50 per week, which can be banked as pay or time off
  • Profit-sharing on new clients you bring to the firm
  • Medical, dental, life, accident/disability, and long-term disability insurance
