The team is positive and encouraging, and leadership puts real effort into helping people grow personally and professionally.What They Offer- Real work-life balance: no billable hour tracking, busy season capped at 55 hours a week, and a standard 40-hour week for the rest of the year- Flexibility to work from the office or remotely- Support toward your CPA, ongoing continuing education, and a clear road to advancement- Exposure to a wide range of clients in manufacturing, distribution, construction, restaurants, real estate, and financial services- Compensation of $75,000 to $100,000, plus a 401K, health, dental, and vision insurance, and PTOWhat You'll Do- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns- Advise clients on tax planning and consulting in a variety of industries- Serve as a trusted, ongoing contact and grow lasting client relationships- Spot ways to lower clients' tax liability and suggest smart strategies- Partner with senior managers and partners on complex tax engagements- Coach and develop junior team members- Ensure all work meets federal and state tax regulationsWhat You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field- At least 1 year of public accounting tax experience- CPA a plus, but not required- Solid knowledge of tax laws and regulations- Comfort working both on your own and as part of a team- Strong communication and people skillsInterested in taking the next step with a regional firm and a broad client base?
