What You'll Do

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Take part in tax planning and consulting work for a broad range of clients
• Develop lasting client relationships and provide continuing support
• Spot tax-saving opportunities and offer strategic advice
• Partner with senior managers and partners on complex tax engagements
• Coach and develop junior team members
• Ensure all work meets federal and state tax requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of public accounting tax experience
• CPA preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team
• Strong communication and people skills
