A respected general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Senior Project Manager for multifamily construction. You'll lead wood-frame and podium apartment communities and mentor project teams from pursuit through closeout.
What You'll Do
- Lead multifamily projects end to end as the Senior Project Manager
- Own budgets, schedules, buyout, cost reports and change orders
- Coordinate owners, design partners, lenders and subcontractors
- Mentor project managers and assistant project managers
- Drive unit turnover, punch lists and closeout documentation
What You Bring
- 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Multifamily or residential construction experience at a senior level
- Proven ownership of budget, schedule and client relationships
- Comfort mentoring junior project staff
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
