A well-established general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical builds on the west side of the Portland metro. What You'll Do
- Lead large data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover
- Own the overall budget, schedule, forecasting and change management, and keep owners informed with clear, honest updates
- Build strong relationships with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners
- Guide project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers, and help them grow their careers
- Partner with superintendents on safety, quality and logistics across active jobsites
- Plan phased turnovers and integrated systems testing so critical spaces come online on time
What You Bring
- Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
- Hands-on knowledge of critical power, cooling, dense MEP coordination and commissioning
- A track record of delivering complex projects on budget and on schedule
- A calm, approachable leadership style and solid communication skills
- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
