A well-regarded general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical builds here. What You'll Do
- Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover
- Own the budget, schedule, forecasting and change management, and give owners clear, honest updates
- Build strong working relationships with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners
- Coach and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers
- Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality and site logistics
- Map out phased turnovers and integrated systems testing so critical spaces go live on schedule
What You Bring
- Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
- Real familiarity with critical power, cooling, heavy MEP coordination and commissioning
- A history of delivering complex projects on time and on budget
- A calm, approachable leadership style and strong communication skills
- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
