Ready to lead the biggest jobs in the portfolio? An established Columbus commercial general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to run $10M+ commercial projects and help develop the next generation of PMs. If you deliver results and care about doing it right, let's talk.
Responsibilities
- Lead the largest, most complex commercial projects ($10M+)
- Mentor PMs, APMs, and project engineers
- Drive budget, schedule, and margin performance across multiple jobs
- Own key client relationships and support business development
- Lead risk management, buyout, and contract negotiation
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management
- Proven delivery of $10M+ projects
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong financial, contract, and negotiation skills
- Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
