An established civil engineering and land development firm is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Land Development in the East Bay (Oakland).
What you'll do:
- Lead a land development team delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, proposals and client relationships
- Mentor engineers and designers and review plans for quality
What you bring:
- PE license (California)
- 12+ years of land development experience with project management
