Senior Project Manager - K-12 Construction

A respected general contractor in North Texas is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead K-12 school projects. You'll run new campuses, additions and renovations from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with districts and architects.

What You'll Do

• Lead K-12 projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, buyout and change orders
• Build strong relationships with school districts, architects and trade partners
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers and field teams
• Plan work around occupied campuses and school calendars

What You Bring

• 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• K-12 or public education project experience
• Experience with CMAR and competitive sealed proposal delivery
• Strong financial and schedule management skills
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
