Position Overview
Our client, an established heavy civil contractor, needs a Senior Project Manager to run excavation and utility projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage excavation and underground utility projects start to finish
- Own budget, schedule, cost reporting and change orders
- Lead superintendents, foremen and project engineers
- Be the main contact for owners, engineers and agencies
Qualifications
- 8+ years managing heavy civil projects, excavation and utilities
- Strong cost control and scheduling skills
- Leadership of field and office teams
- Degree in construction management or engineering preferred
Compensation
- Base salary: $130,000 - $140,000+
- Strong benefits package
- Permanent, long-term role
