GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established construction management and general contracting firm in the Rocky Mountain region. The company is adding a Senior Project Manager - Diverse Commercial to its team in Sheridan, WY. This is an urgent, high-priority opening. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
The Role
Focus: Diverse commercial experience. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Lead large ground-up commercial projects across the Rocky Mountain region
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
Requirements
- Diverse commercial experience. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
