Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

✔️ 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from preconstruction through completion ✔️ Proven experience overseeing budgets, contracts, estimating, scheduling, and project execution ✔️ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders ✔️ Experience managing client relationships and serving as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle ✔️ Ability to identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations ✔️ Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities ✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
