Responsibilities
- Lead the largest, most complex commercial projects in the portfolio
- Mentor PMs, APMs, and project engineers
- Drive budget, schedule, and margin performance across multiple jobs
- Own key client relationships and support business development
- Lead preconstruction, buyout, risk management, and contract negotiation
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management
- Track record delivering $10M+ projects
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong financial, contract, and negotiation skills
- Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
