GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large national firm that integrates design and construction. The company is adding a Senior Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Construction to its team in Austin, TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Senior preconstruction leadership with a commercial general contractor.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with design and preconstruction teams
- Lead preconstruction from conceptual budgets through GMP
- Manage and mentor the estimating team
- Drive value engineering, subcontractor buyout strategy and client presentations
Requirements
- Senior preconstruction leadership with a commercial general contractor.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
